Anybody live or been to the St. George Utah area?
read and watched that it is a popular location lately, lots of new houses.
not sure on it though being in utah.
similar weather to oro valley arizona i think, gets hot in summer time. dry.

Edit: after doing a little googling on it and reading some reddit
not too sure about st george, people say it is heavily mormon, lots of older people, possible water issues, windy, hot, etc.
