The two top lights will turn red if you set an annication parameter. Can be above or below and they'll illuminate. So I have them set to RPM. The bottom one is set at 6000 and top 6250 so they work as shift lights. They also read and clear codes too.

Very cool! I have those exact same gauges in my Camaro! Only thing different is I have mine mounted on the A pillar. I absolutely love them! I got mine used from a friend of mine here for 150 bucks! He only had them for about 3 years, I've had them for 5 years now. My bottom one went blank, but the red LED's still light up when powered up, but no screen. I installed a new cable thinking that was the problem, not, so I need to pull it and send it to them to repair. Other than that, great gauges.
