One thing of note, the center hub of my apex wheels are slightly larger than the OEM wheels, and the wheel could technically spin out of round if not tightened properly. By properly I mean snug up lugs to let the acorn center the wheel by hand while tapping the tire to get it to move. If you just run them up with an impact, they don't seat properly.

It did make a notable difference for me.

I discovered this while trying to find the issue when tire shop(s) tell me the balance is good.

I think that was the issue initially. I did as you said and snugged everything up and may try it once again. I may put my other tires back on there. I will also try taking a look at the driveshaft bearing also but this car is pretty clean unless it is factory defect I think it is highly unlikely that I have a bad bearing.
