Hell, the 1941 NC you guys claim, IIRC we shut you guys out in Tuscaloosa, finished with a better record and won the SEC championship. How can you win the NC without winning your conference?
Not to bag on Bama, but looking at the circumstances of a lot of those NCs, its all a little ridiculous...
