Good luck. Had mine done last week and have not heard that sound since...
Note the Part # at the bottom. I called my service department and had them order it in advance of bringing in my car. Took them about three hours to do the TSB and my PDIM software update.

Models: 2010 Chevrolet Camaro
Equipped with V8 Engine (RPOs LS3, L99)
Condition
Some customers may comment on a gurgle type noise coming from the instrument panel (IP)/heater core area.
Cause
Coolant flow within the heater core may be causing this noise.
Correction
Install a one-way flow valve, GM P/N 10188036, into the inlet heater hose
