The V6 has the same horsepower that my 93 Corvette had and more than my 78I Indy Pace Car corvette came from chevy with. I traded in a 2006 Corvette Z51 that had an LS2 not to step down to a V6 RS; because it was not what I could afford, it is what I wanted. My first car was a 68 Camaro RS straight 6, in which I loved till it was stolen some years back.
You really make yourself sound bad, when you think people buy the RS because they are poor or lower middle class, As for me I am glad Chevy brought back the Camaro and its heritage.
I would catagorize you as not a Camaro enthusist but as a POSER since you think money is what makes people who they are and by what they drive.

Enjoy your ride and wish others to do the same no mater what the cost was.
Waiting to place an order for an Orange Z28 in 2011?

Well said.
