Most, if not all, in this area are the 3.5 v6s. The previous department I worked for had the 5.7 Hemi Charger, the 3.9v6 Impala's of the sheriff's department would outrun it. The Charger was better out of the gate, but the Impala's always reeled it in and then passed by. The Impala's also outhandled it, and the Charger's traction control was suspect. So much so, it ended up putting me in a ditch at 50mph, and 15ft down. No one cried at the Charger's funeral and it was replaced, happily, with an Impala, lol.
