My opinion is that the Z28 lost that track car feel about it in the 3rd and 4th gens, and I think that a stripped SS with more power will have trouble selling now days. If you think about it, a large majority of the people able to afford a car of this price won't want to give up options available in the SS, so it stands to reason that GM will want to make this monster maro a more powerful, better handling SS with a new name. Just reflecting, please no hard feelings.
