Ive always wondered, when there are new TSB's and/or recalls, does GM make the dealers service the cars that are still on the lot and haven't sold yet. Kind of like an "automatic update" so when one buys a car after the bulletins have been issued, they're getting the most up-to-date car. If they don't do this, I think they should.
