Not even a muscle, just a thumb push but you have to make sure the snaps and the slots they go into are lined up so when you push the panel in, they snap on and the top edge of the bumper ends up being flush with the bottom edge of the q panel and the bulge will be gone.
Some members took the rear wheel off for easier access to remove the wheelwell liner but you don't have to. Look at the liner and you will see the star screws and 1 bolt that you have to remove to get access to the back of the bumper panel behind the rear tire. Oh, DO NOT overtighten the bolt when you are done. Overtightening will cause friction and chipped paint in that area over time.
