I am curious, what are the reasons the cops are out to get me? Is it because I am 22 and they want to teach me a lesson for being young? Mind you I never got a speeding ticket in the 6 years I have been driving, and have never had any points on my license.

Yes, I want to cruise at those speeds, but I can't for the obvious reasons. If I had the time to slow down once I detected the laser that would be fine, but it has been stated by time you detect the beam and take appropriate action the cops will be pulling you over.
