although he is in the "south" NE TN gets snow and they do litter the streets when they just call for snow. (same as NC). they even close school where I'm at on the call of more then 3 inchs of snow. they freak out ove the smallest amounts. and the only reason I won't drive is because i'm afraid some other dumb person can't drive in it.
(this coming from someone that lived where salt wouldn't work on the roads, iceland).
