The exhaust is pretty sweet. It was much louder at start-up than I expected--not a bad thing. It settles down after about 60 seconds, once the engine warms up. It was louder in the cabin too. But after a weekend on the road, 500 miles or so, the sound mellowed out. This morning it was just about right for me. I expect it will get even better in time. I like how just giving it a little gas lets you know you are there without actually screaming.
