the only limiter there will be the Redline, and in that case, some headwork and a nice tune with HPtuners should move that back nicely

Your cobalt has Z tires, meaning speed limiter is probably 150ish. As for the Camaro Redline, the ZR1 has 638hp and GM still had to make 6th gear deeper than the Z06 in order to reach redline. Just FYI
