But I don't think you can assume it will be as low as 3400lbs. Why would they say 'below 3500lbs' instead of 'it will be 3400lbs'. Below 3500lbs means it could be 3498lbs... meaning +- a 100lb difference which wont be enough to account for the power. |
Well if you do the math of the V6 Camaro weighing ~3800 lbs with the article mentioning the 2011 V6 will be "300 lbs lighter than a comparable Camaro", this will bring it to 3500 lbs. Then they say the SVT equipped one will be "below 3500 lbs," so why would they even bother mentioning that if it wasn't at least a decent amount of weight below it?
