well it seems he is NOT gonna get the 97 vette but he will most likely get the 1980 in the 2nd picture. the car is dark red almost a burgundy color almost the color of a Dr Pepper can
. The '80 has the 230hp 350 cube engine with a auto tranny. it has 65k miles on the clock. Here is a pic that the seller took. the only thing he does NOT like are the wheels, which I DO like myself.
the car has had a whole new cooling system installed including an aluminum radiator. as well as new exhaust from the exhaust manifolds back. the seller also installed an after market Eldebrock (not sure of spelling :o ) intake manifold and a Holley 4 barrel carb. those mods along with the exhaust make the engine closer to 300 hp over the stock 230
. Both my dad and I got to drive it and as much as i LOVE the '97 I would be just as happy if he bought the '80 instead
