We manufacture our own bolt-in converters as well as "off-road" pipes. We use the metal matrix converter cores. They are 100% stainless steel and extremely free flowing as compared to the stock converters. We TIG weld them in a fixture to locate them exactly every time. Stock flanges to match the factory manifolds are used and a slip fit to the factory or factory replacement exhaust system. They will also bolt-up to any and all shorty headers, as long as the shorty headers are a direct replacement for the stock manifolds. All tubing is 304 stainless steel as well as the factory 2-bolt flange. O2 Chambers are used to prevent codes. Thus tuning is NOT required. I will try to have pictures up on our site tomorrow. Email me direct and I can reply with some pictures.
