GT500 hasn't been ruling the dragstrip around these parts. Most are in the 13s, some in the 12s.

Congrats on getting your modded GT500 to 10s. You now run what C6 Z06s run bone stock. Hopefully you don't run into a Z06 with mods and a competent driver. ZR1 is a whole different beast and the GT500 isn't even worth mentioning in the same breath. Just messin with ya.

The LSA would be a nice motor to get from GM in the Camaro. I personally don't mind that it has been put on hold. The LS3 has great mod potential and with a cam and bolt-ons you are lookin at 500 rwhp in a naturally aspirated V8. I plan on putting forged parts in there and Procharging it. Even if GM offered the LSA, it still has hypereutectic pistons and if you want to run more boost you'd still need to swap internals. LS3+Procharger+forged internals > LSA.
