I think its hilarious that all the Cobra owners have their panties in a bunch over this, its just as funny as those guys that dont want th eZ/28 to come out cause they dont want their SS pushed down a peg. Personally i would support my brand pushing the envelope like that, i wouldnt be so selfish as to say "nope you should stop here cause i want MY stuff to be the best" I mean all cars are going to become out-dated in performance some day so you cant say you didnt expect it, if you own a Cobra or an SS you should be happy that you have that badass muscle car thats a blast to drive and can own just about anything you run into on any normal road, if you're not happy with it then trade up, if youre not happy with it and not willing to trade then i guess there's no pleasing you
I dont see why Cobra owners are getting all bent up about this, at least they have a rare, high performance muscle car to hold onto, the people who should be getting bent outta shape are the 2010 GT owners...they get the same car for about the same price with the extremely out-dated 4.6 just to learn if they held out a few more months they could have had that same car with 400+ horsepower, which is why personally i would preffer if the 2011 GT kept the 4.6 and they just added a Mach1 or Boss to the line-up with the 5.0 (just a thought, any takers?)
