well i got my 99 because it was leased and cheap payments.

im sure that 97 would eventuallt be worth some money but it takes time and a certain WANT, i guess you would call it , to make it a desired car and more valuable.

i totally understand about getting the different wheels for the winter, but if this were going to be my only car and i couldnt afford another one, i would probably buy something better for the weather where i love. now if i really wanted the car bad(like the camaro) i would buy a beater to drive in the winter.
i had a 88 chevy berretta as my winter car and eventually moved up to a 02 tahoe.
still wish i had that berretta some tiems. one hell of a car.
