Tidbit: there are two Police Officers from downriver Detroit in jail -- that's because they chose to 'turn a blind eye' to people doing burnouts and streetracing -- ........and then someone was killed....................

If you're going to show off, show off in a safe place where showing off won't hurt anyone:
the track. Think about it. You drive a new Camaro. You're already the rock star in the new car. Do you want to be the moron who fell off the stage, too? When someone asks you to burn out, tell them to see you at the track this weekend. You'll be too badass to do it in the lot, and they'll understand that.
