To answer yoiur questions most directly, the word on the street right now is that the 2009 production model should be available in fall 2008, in coupe form (noone is sure as to what packages will be badged like and available though), and the convertible will follow possibly as early as mid-2009, though I think that's a bit optimistic myself....though I'm really hoping it happens like that.
The car is being built in Canada, I'd sure hope it gets sold there.
And all they've really said on pricing is that it will compete with Mustang prices, and it's being marketed for younger generations. So it's looking good as far as that goes.
