Also, you should look into getting a credit card - something with no annual fee and who cares what the interest rate is (you'll pay it all the way off every month). I have a card that I use to make all of my purchases and then pay off the entire balance every month. I don't suggest this for you since you'd be new to credit cards, maybe only put gas on it - and make sure you check the balance online every couple of days so you don't go over what you usually spend.

This will help to build your credit and in a couple months you'll have a better chance at getting a loan.
