OK after grieving since Sunday I am willing to post this for advice. I was turning a parking lot corner too short and nicked the curb with the right rear rim. It turns out damage is like something gnawing at the outter part of rim. 'Bite mark' length is about 4 inches. Is there a way to polish (sand it??) the rim to make it smooth again? Or should I just see this as a battle scar?
