On that note, why does anyone really care which is better. I would say only a fraction of you will go to the track and race. Of those people that go to the track probably modded there car anyway. Those other people who choose to be not so smart at the time and street race probably do not deserve either car. Just enjoy what you have.

I cannot believe we are sitting here in an online pissing duel over which car will run the quickest time. When I was in my teens in 1987, everyone was jumping for joy that an Iroc-Z and Mustang GT were running low 14 second quarters. Here we are several years later with cars that are running 12.6 to 13.2 stock, with stiffer emissions and better fuel economy.
I do not care which one is faster. The Camaro is an excellent car and the new Mustang engine will only make it better in the long run. I hope the Camro ups the ante because that means we all win.
