One of the reasons I'm asking this is because I've been reading about the pull fuse issue, and how the car can get set for 87 octane instead of the higher.
My seat of the pants gauge seems to think that the power my car is doing is just fine. However, it's also been a few years since I've driven anything like this as my last few cars have been the Impala and Lumina. Last muscle car I drove was my 73 Dodge Charger SE with a 440 Magnum, and that was back in the 80's. And, it's pretty tough to compare it with a motorcycle as well. So, call me Donnie as I have no frame of reference here.
Anyways, I've been looking for 93 octane here in Seattle just so I could do the fuse pull and ease my mind on that issue, but all I've been able to find is 92...which should work ok...but I also wouldn't mind putting in 93 if I could find it.
