in california it's actually against the law to recieve a ticket due to an overhead survalence equipment catching you.
you might wanna look into it for florida, but here you'd go to court state a precedent case (i forget the name) and the ticket gets thrown out.
if i remember correctly it's something about the officer not being present at the time of the incident.
