I know you said this happened before the JBAs... did it also happen before you added the stand alone IAT? I would think if the IAT was the culprit both sides would be running rich and you would also get:

P2099 Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich (Bank 2)

but you are only getting Bank 1... so i'm thinking O2 sensor or perhaps bad harness...

The other code is because you put the fuses back in in the wrong order....

P0603 Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error

I believe it will clear after a few drive cycles... or if you pull the fuses and put them back in, in the correct order which escapes me for the moment...
