I believe you'll b able to get ur discount Ive talked to 3 dealers in my area since I get a suppliers discount 1 said yes they other 2 said maybe if gm allows it. I told them gm leaves it to the dealer so your best bet is to shop around. Be upfront w what you want,the discount is a good deal but not good enough not to offer it they wanna sell cars.
