You can always put it in from the front doors (angled) and then put the seats down. You could also rent a truck from U-Haul (pickups are rentable) for the day and it's like 30 bucks. Then you aren't skinning the hell out of your brand new interior. Besides, Ikea stuff comes in boxes. You'd be fine. 1/2 my old living room furniture was Ikea stuff and it got transported in a Mitsubishi Lancer.
