ok so when its shipped by railcar does it either go by csx or union pacific, OR csx then up??? i tried the csx and today it was saying: "car ettx****** empty has been pulled from customer location, oklahoma city oklahoma, on up january 6th at 9:42 pm"

i tried union pacific but i dont know if i was choosing the correct options. which prompts am i supposed to follow, if i should even be using it at all????
