A moot point for Cali if they are CARB approved and are supplied with the corresponding EO #. Not sure about other states rules. The DT's have an EO# and have the number on a plate welded to the header.
Now, I WANT MY BOOST DAMMIT! But not gonna happen til GM certifies a unit for us...
