And depending on which s/c the cars has, it doesn't necessarily mean that the car will have an extreme top speed. Twin screws usually run out of air at higher RPM's which are necessary for high speeds (figuratively speaking), where as my Camaro is a top end car with all power and torque very high in the power band. I have zero chance at 50mph roll race towards a stock GT500 even though my HP advantage, but as soon as I can wind it out the car pulls crazy hard

My car makes 631 rwhp, and with the Vortech it was still climbing when we shut it down on the dyno at 6300 rpm. So at high speeds it is right where the centrifugal S/C likes it. Also, my intake air temp at the time I did 186, was 25 degrees. the outside air temp was at 23 degrees. The air was cold so that was probably helping make even more hp. The only bad thing when doing this run, was the altitude of 6000 ft in northern New Mexico on I-25 near Wagon Mound. It was at about 6:30 am and I could see for 10 miles, nice and straight and not another car in sight. I also think that the GFX package also helps the car to stay planted, by keeping air from getting under the car so much.
