I can't even see the pic on this computer at work but I should be in the back near Scott wearing glasses.
When we got there we were shuttled 100yrds to the event and Jolie Holliday was opening for James Otto(who according to Scott is now in love with the Camaro) and people were already in the food line for Texas Land and Cattle who catered. I was too excited to eat so I hopped in a shorter line leading to the bed of a new Silverado packed to the top of the bed with domestic beer and ice 100% on Chevy! Once I had some ice cold courage I worked up the nerve to approach Scott for fear I might not get the chance again. He was very nice and asked someone to take a picture of him, my wife and myself by the stage(I will post my pics ASAP). After talking a while he told me about the ZR1 he had in the showroom and told us to feel free to take a look around. Me, Nexus, and 2KZ28 made a "B" line for the vette and imediatley started taking pictures. After a few minutes Scott walks in and seems displeased with our camera angles and removes the rope around the car so we could get closer! When I came back outside I noticed Scott had disapeared and when he finaly reamerged he was standing with two people and Lou the duck! I introduced myself to them and as most of you probably know I had met Silver Turtle and Raven. What some of you may not know is these are two of the nicest people you could ever meet, and I spent alot of time talking with them both. When the Camaro came out of the alley it was mass histeria! I couldn't hear the car or get close enough for a decent pic. Once the mob had settled and the party started to come to an end I went back for more pics along with the others. Folks I'm here to tell you, Pictures of this car don't do it justice! It was B-E-A-UTIFUL! I want to thank GM, the other Camaro5 members there, and of coarse Scott. It was a blast and I will make it to more of these events no matter how far.
