Yes it has been accomplished. There a couple of options. The easiest way is to find the power wire of headlight and wire into the sidemarker light and then find the ground wire of headlight and ground it. Only problem is you can't just turn on the halos. The other solution is more technical and requires some wiring mods and relays. But it can be done.
