I was under the assumption that $40k was the set value, so I did some math.
$22k Camaro LS + $10k paint & stripes + $1k auto + $2k Bumblebee interior= $35k ($5k budget for performance parts, options, other stuff)
$29k Camaro SS + $10k paint & stripes + $1k auto + $2k Bumblebee interior = $42k (overdraft budget)
