BODY COMPONENT MODELING & URETHANE PRODUCTION
The entire process of creating body styling is quite impressive and is done from start to finish here at STILLEN. Automobiles, Trucks, Vans and SUVs are brought in to design, develop and tool for the production of Spoilers, Wings and Body Styling components.


The process starts with a vehicle on a modeling table where our body craftsmen design many iterations of body pieces and kits from fascias to rear spoilers, rocker panels to fender flares.


Once the final design is derived, plugs and molds are produced. Urethane compound is then injected into the molds to create the trend setting body styling that STILLEN is known for.
