Don’t mean to change gears on you guys here but… if I’m going to travel 20+ hours from Canada to the C-5 Fest in Georgia, I think I’m going to be on the look-out for some of that famous southern BBQ ya’ll bragging about. (ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket… smoked? … low and slow?).

Good BBQ is hard to find up here in Canada.
Does anyone know of any good BBQ spots along the I-75 from Michigan to Georgia? Or do I have to detour over to Carolina to get some good BBQ on the way home? I like the western Carolina ketchup base sauce, as opposed to the vinegar base sauce of the east.
As it stands now… no one has come close to the “Dinosaur Bar B Que” in Upper New York State… but then… I’m from the Great White North!
