If you can find one on a lot or dealer trade that has everything you want, I would go that route. You'll have the car a lot sooner. I only ordered because I couldn't find what I wanted (most dealers had 2SS's). The wait wasn't bad, about 2 months, but I would have loved to get it sooner.
Used wouldn't be a bad way to go to save some $$, but I agree about getting a CARFAX report to make sure nothing major happened to it.
