The reason these sensors sieze up bad is because they go from cold, to REALLY hot, then back to cold again... and so on.

When you put your new ones on, put a tiny bit of antisieze mixed with oil (way oil is what I use, MOBIL Vactra 2.. but engine oil or even somtheing thicker like sulfar based will work). If you mix your antisieze with oil before you apply it will help it disperse itself in the thread form. Little machine shop trick. Remember though, you can get bolts alot tighter when they have antisieze on them so don't go wrenching on it like crazy when you reinstall.
