It is very interesting and extremely challenging... Physically and mentally... We dont have any one that works with or for us... We get help from the crane crew or if wer're lucky, a couple of roughnecks from time to time...I work nights right now, and my relief works days...We work 13-16 hour days for 28 days straight... Lots of overtime and damn good money... My average week is over a hundred hours... and all of it over 40 is overtime...
