As a fellow Pittsburgher, lemme tell you that this here is your best bet. I would even go so far as to say by a second set of rims as well. You can only mount tires on a set of rims so much.
You won't find many options yet for tires either. I ended up going with the Yokohama Parada Spec-X. Its an all season tire. I don't drive mine every day though. It gets parked in weather like we are having now.
