Washing Microfiber Towels

I have a slew of microfiber towels I purchased when I first started using Zaino products, etc. Now all of the towels are dirty and I was wondering if anybody knew any specifics on how to properly wash microfiber towels. It is said that if they are washed, they are softer than when first purchased. What temperature of water should I use? What kind of wash cycle? Permanent Press? How much and what kind of detergent should I use? Should I use a regular tumble dryer to dry the towels or have them air dry? Any information would be extremely helpful! Thank you all kindly in advance!
