my wife and I were discussing the Fest... its a daily topic... and we were going over the schedule. Her and I were both wondering a few things...
#1 Will there be food/drink ventors at the track or is there a snack bar? I think we need to look into something. This going to be a huge event and people are going to get hungry and thirsty. Or is it a "bring your own" type thing.
This leads me to #2... I notice the schedule has 30 minutes for lunch... YEAH RIGHT. We are in the 800 people range... are the sponsors still willing to foot the bill for that many people? And how are they going to feed that many people in 30 minutes.
We went to the Steel Valley Super Nats a few years back in Salem Ohio. It was a very similar event where there was racing, cars show, vendors...etc. They had a food alley where there was fair type trailers with food.
Not that I am trying to add more work to anyones plate but it really is something that should be considered. Maybe you have, if so, just tell me to shut it and you have it taken care of. I just don't want this to end up being 800 hungry, thirsty people...
