FLYWHEEL TO CRANK IS DONE IN 3 PASSES 17 ft lbs, 37 ft lbs, FINISH AT 74 ft lbs!!!!!!!!
NOT "22 ft lbs and 45deg rotation"

22 ft lbs and 45deg is roughly 25 ft lbs and that is the torque spec for the clutch to flyweel not the flywheel to crank.
