I think that is a little unwarrented at this time as DSV hasnt responded with their side of things. Also as someone in that thread pointed out the OP my have not ordered through DSV, it may have been a third party. Things appear a little unclear to further cast doubt on DSV.
Edited to add I think the situation is dire and DSV should respond but until its cleared up we shouldnt bananacram them just yet.
