Make sure the heat shields underneath are not contacting anything. If the cats or anything else touches the heat shields it can make a buzz or grind type of noise. Look for the closest points of possible contacts and push the shielding farther away.

If it's not a shield contact, check for leaks. Maybe retighten the connections after a bit of driving.
