Amen Scott. We need to learn a little about human nature, I think. People make mistakes. We don't need to get out the pitch forks and axes to fix every situation.
The OP should just go back to the dealer, be calm and even tempered and talk to the Service Manager. It will get corrected. Any dealer service department worth their salt will handle the situation properly.
Let's face it maintaining and growing business though good customer servcie is a huge cornerstone in today's business world. Those dealers that don't get it will fall by the wayside.
