yikes that sucks! I hope everything goes well. Just try to tell yourself that if insurance forces you to repair the car, that you can always sell it. Yes you may lose some money, but as long as they pay to replace the turbo too, I can't think that you'd lose too much if you take out the turbo and put it in your replacement
But who knows...
