It almost makes me want to dig the V1 out of the closet, stuff it inside the rear spoiler and install one of these mirrors. Well, almost...

So when I got my first ticket I decided to get a radar detector. I did some research about stealth installs since I didn't want a bulky radar detector on the dash and found that v1 work best radar wise and also with being stealth with their remote display and controls. Of course no one had attempted this in the camaro yet so I decided to figure it out myself. In my search for stealth install I stumbled across stealthmirrors.com. I had messaged Chris, the owner of Stealth Mirrors, and asked if it was possible to make a stealth mirror for my camaro. He asked me to find a mirror on ebay and luckily there was one. He bought it and started to go to work. He then tooks some pics and a video of it working and posted it up on his website and then he shipped my mirror and I started to figure out the install. Here's a couple pics of the mirror after install. Once I figure out how to make my own post I'll post up a complete install guide. Feel free to contact me with questions and I'll try and get this post up by the end of this next week.

Side view of the mirror: only cord but you can't even see it unless you look at it from the side which you never do.
This really is one awesome install and everything is completely stealth. I even have a nob down by the ignition to control the volume and on/off power down by the ignition. Like I said once I figure out how to make my own post I'll put up a complete guide on how and what I did, include where the v1 is hidden and where I ran the wires and how I connected it all.
